4.5 "Amazing Experience"

I was on vacation with my wife for my birthday and our anniversary. The facilities and staff were amazing. A big shout out to the Front Desk team, the Guest Services and the Concierge desk - especially to Delia C. From Arnab C Hyderabad, India. Stayed November 2016, travelled as a couple.

4.5 "Every year!!!"

This is my favorite hotel in Cancun. Me and my family have been coming here for the past 7 years. We love the solitude of the location. The food is amazing and it's the only hotel that has all day sunshine! The rooms are a bit dated but the linens and cleanliness are prefect. I am always happy to be here. The staff is amazing and accommodating too. from louistam918 New York City, New York. Stayed February 2016, travelled as a couple.
