Located in the center of Manizales, near everything. Street can be a litlle bit noisy. The facilities are well maintain. The only reason I dont give hotel a 5 is because the bed was old noisy. The most important asset of this hotel is the personnel, the service and attention to you is out of this world. I will stay there when in Manizales. From cam12reyes Miami, Florida. Beds were hard and rooms small. But great views and convenient location for shopping and touring. The food was pretty good. You are kind of trapped after dark. We found a roof overlook for meeting friends and drinking wine. Checking in our small group was nightmarish. Passports with entry stamps required and copied. Then some were missed and had to be re-copied. Very chaotic and irritating when you are tired. Silly. Colombia not really prepared for efficient tourism. We liked being able to open the windows.
