Stayed with family members immediately after Christmas. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable although two different family members in two different rooms complained of noisy refrigerators and/or telephones making weird noises. The hotel was walking distance to a shopping mall and even quite close to a McDonalds which suited my son who was over beans, rice and avocados : ) There were staff members who spoke English which was a pleasant change. Nice hotel with nice rooms. The hotel is located in a cul de sac on a hill. It's just in the middle between Santa Fe Mall and Parque Lleras. So if you want to go to the malls (Santa Fe, Oviedo, one I dont remmember the name but has restaurans and discotheques), you just go down the hill and walk ten minutes to your left. If you want to hang out or eat at Parque Lleras, once down the hill, walk ten minutes to your right. Has a restaurant where breakfast and light dinner is served (included). The only thing that could be better is the gym. We could not use it because is very little (just one treadmill, a little bike and a weight machine) for so many rooms and every time we went, there was people already using it.
