This was the second time I stayed at this lovely hotel, situated across from a park. The staff really stands out as professional and dedicated to making a stay at the hotel a comfortable and pleasant experience. We enjoyed the Sunday breakfast, which had great variety and included typical Colombian dishes as well as fresh fruits, fruit juices, pastries, yogurt and eggs prepared as you requested. Because we left before the breakfast hour on an early flight, the staff brought us coffee and fresh fruit the next day in the lobby. They stored our many extra bags when we went away for an overnight excursion to a neighboring city, and arranged for rides to the airport. The hotel is perfect located at Virrey Park. Such a good option for any purposes, rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is adorable and very attentive to details, also breakfast has a great variety of quality ingredients and the restaurant is very charm an elegant with a beautiful view to the park.
