4.5 "Luxury in an historic building"

Sofitel has done a wonderful conversion of this cloister into a luxury hotel. The rooms, service and common areas are all outstanding. Beautiful, large pool area and excellent spa. Well located in the old city. From kjg45 New York City, New York. Stayed December 2016, travelled with family.

5.0 "A fantastic hotel"

A fantastic hotel nesteled in old town of Cartagena. Impeccable service, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast that you can take in the old monastery's courtyard around the fountain in a magnificent garden, beautiful colonial bar. Outstanding butler service. From 123michalisr Brussels. Stayed December 2016, travelled as a couple.
