This was our second visit to Royalton Cayo Santa Maria in 6 months, Food is fabulous, grounds just gorgeous but the best thing is the lovely staff at this amazing resort! We arrived Dec 10 for 10 nights only to be greeted on arrival with hugs, love, just unreal! To our butlers Denisey and Alexis, you were there for everything, Marta, Mateusz, always kind words from both of you Lily and Tatiana and all staff at lobby bar, staff at pool bars, restaurant staff everywhere we love you all and miss you! I really cannot understand negative reviews regarding this Cuban Gem! Never in our life have we enjoyed a hotel more! Royalton Cayo Santa Maria is truly paradise on earth and never will you find more lovely people and we have travelled to many fine resorts but never have we returned to the same resort twice. Please tip well, staff here really deserve it and be kind to the staff, they really deserve it! Looking forward to a return trip for the third time! Love you all our Cuban family! See you soon!. Royalton Cayo Santa Maria has an outstanding overall quality. We particularly appreciated the employees' kindness and prompt response to customer's needs, the constant cleanliness of the room, beach and site. Those are all the proofs that Royalton Cayo Santa Maria is customer-focused on a continuous basis. For those who expect quiet vacations, this is the place!
