4.6 "Best Value in Cuba"

For the price this hotel offers the best value for a Cuban hotel. Staff are very attentive. The general manager of the hotel was open and approachable to any special needs or issues. The food and beverage manager, Ricardo, was also willing to cater to requests of my family's special needs/interests. Furthermore, additional support was provided by Mareyi with customer relations. Thus the attention was there from a multitude of personnel. The food is of good variety and quality. There are numerous bars including a beer garden with bottled beer and even imported types. The beach is clean and the ocean has shallow depths which provides a sense of safety in respect to the children. Overall a clean resort. 4.4 "Wonderful vacation"

I love Cuba, and have seldom been disappointed and once again it was a great vacation. The staff was wonderful, the accommodation was good, everything was clean and our "houseman" made us the most amazing sculptures out of blankets and towels...not just the usual swan...food was the best I have had in Cuba...Rum, sun, and beach...wow! Lots of pools, with lots of lounges...bar tenders were great!. From kazee B.C. Stayed October 2015, travelled as a couple.
