4.6 "Accommodating staff"

Stayed at this hotel as part of our tour in Ecuador. Began with a 2 day stay here - hotel staff were so accommodating especially when I was feeling altitude adjustment illness - they immediately brought an oxygen tank to the room. Hotel is located in a convenient area with shops nearby. Would recommend the hotel as it is clean and the breakfast had plenty to select from. From 32724Leslie Modesto, California. Stayed February 2016, travelled with friends.

4.6 "Great service and good food"

Hotel Mercure Alameda has very friendly and accommodating staff who are willing and able to solve any problem or concern. For example, we had a pickup at 6am one morning and needed breakfast, so they opened the breakfast buffet 10 minutes early for us. In addition, they let us keep our room until 9pm for a nominal extra fee so we could pack up and go to the airport at that time. From Jim E Davis, California.
