About 10 minutes walk from Vinales town centre; its swimming pool sits in an area where you can enjoy the Vinales valley views. The Hotel, include an outside bar, while a stone way slants towards the valley scope beneath.

At Hotel La Ermita we can make the most of the valley and its views, next to the restaurant that has its own charm, with a large porch to enjoy the views of the valleys and taste a Cuban mixed drink or a traditional dinner.

At nightfall when the sun sinks hide under the mountains and field in the valley is especially beautiful.

4.4 "Favorite hotel"

I was worried about staying here because of the negative reviews, but it far exceeded my expectations. The view of the valley while dining is a bit of Eden. The hotel is quiet and serene - nourishes the soul! The food excellent (only had breakfast), service friendly and helpful, rooms clean, and location to both views and town great. Hated to leave. 4.2 "Ticks all boxes."

The hotel is not brand new, but if you come to Cuba looking for 5* perfect luxury then you are both ignorant and in the wrong place. Despite it's age, the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic and hot when required. The buildings themselves are situated in lovely grounds with incredible views of the Vinales valley and surrounding Mountains- creating an incredible experience sitting on the stone terrace watching the sunset and sipping a Mojito. The pool (recently cleaned?) is also perfect for relaxing in the sun, although can get busy. A buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant providing a not innumerable but perfectly adequate selection of well prepared dishes and cold plates. From Patrick I London, United Kingdom.
