We stayed two nights in February at the Victoria Hotel. The personnel were charming, the room lovely, clean and quiet. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Excellent service on arrival. Spacious and very comfortable accomodation with beautiful view overlooking the garden. Copious breakfast with view overlooking garden and river Tomebamba. Humming birds in the trees. Weather in December was clement and warm with occasional rain but not cold at all. excellent service and food at the restaurant. altogether,a quiet, serene location close to city centre and amenities.
