First time to Cuba. Loved this resort. It exceeded our expectation. The staff were so friendly, fun and helpful. Food was excellent. The A'Lacarte Restaurants so good. Special thanks to Belkis and Rosita and Riki at the American Restaurant. They made our evening dinners so special. Our Bungalow was perfect except no windows open but that is a personal preference. Hammock area fantastic. This will be our resort every time we travel to Cuba. From Edmonton, Canada, stayed March 2019, travelled as a couple.

This resort is wonderful and offers a wide variety of food choices compared to some. It is part of the Melia owned resorts and is reputable. Firm beds, which we prefer. Very clean. Very friendly service. We would like to thank Juan Manuel for his wonderful hospitality and entertainment! Before travelling to Cuba, educate yourself on their availability of food and items, then adjust your expectations accordingly and you won't be disappointed. Stayed March 2019, travelled with family.
