After staying in some places in Ecuador which were supposed to be 5* and clearly were not this hotel topped off the last 2 days of our 2 week holiday. We got a delux room which had very large double beds on 2 floors! Rooms spotless, bathroom amenities second to none and proper quality white clean towels!! Staff were brilliant. They were always so helpful and if it wasn't for staying in this hotel I would have gone home to the uk being very disappointed with our choices of accommodation. Enjoyed the spaciousness of a historic hotel, and convenience of the location. Staff were friendly. Loved the displays of beautiful Ecuadorian roses. Breakfasts were good, but was not set up properly on our departure day as we had to leave very early (even though staff were advised of our departure time). From fpw1957 Perth, Australia.
