Resort is absolutely gorgeous...very relaxing. Wonderful people that work here. A couple small issues but everything worked out great. We did not have a butler until our 2nd last day there, and no one seemed to be too concerned about it. The only time I started getting frustrated is when I tried to book a la carte dinners and I was constantly told our butler needed to do it for us. Finally I refused to leave the front desk until dinner was booked. The resort is quiet, about day 5 it became too quiet for us. If you are going to just relax, this is a perfect resort to do so. Food is amazing, buffets are small and limited for selection, but what they have is good. We had a very difficult time getting our mini fridge stocked...they only came by once in the week that we were there to fill it up, even though we asked every single day. The accommodation was tops very comfortable beds and pillows everything was new never any problems there were some issues with the purple light in the room however it was fixed. Our butler Yohana was very friendly and helpful did a great job getting us reservations at the restaurants and took very good care of us big thank you to you "Yohana". Thank you to Jose Luis also for bringing our Box lunches. The food was very good the best we had in Cuba and we have visited Cuba 7 times. The location is the best the ocean is fantastic for swimming we went everyday to the special beach and Raul was very friendly and helpful "gracias Raul" We will certainly go back.
