3.8 "Relaxing, Modern and Comfortable"

Nice hotel that is modern and affordable! Check in was a breeze, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and modern with a very comfortable king bed. The room came stocked with a mini fridge and snacks. The food was was great and there is a lot of variety on the room service menu. The free breakfast was OK, nothing special but it was free! I liked that it was a 1.50 cab ride to the main square, so I didn't feel like the location was an issue. The WiFi is free and fast - I could stream shows with no issue. They even have a pool - but the weather isn't too pool friendly at the moment. T I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and quiet stay in Cuenca. 4.6 "Relaxing experience in Cuenca"

A group of us stayed and held a one day meeting at the hotel in Sept., 2015. The guest rooms were clean, comfortable, well designed and quiet. Didn't have time for the swimming pool. The meeting room was well done and service excellent. The front desk was very helpful. Restaurant was fine and a Deli adjacent also nice. From Richard G Lincoln, United States.
