3.8 "Central location"

Conveniently situated for the food and handicraft markets, with cafes and restaurants nearby. My 3rd floor room wasn't huge and could have done with some updating but it was functional. Free in room wi-fi, tv, no room safe or aircon. The rooms are built around an internal courtyard so there are no external windows. The hotel seems popular with foreign tour groups and at times during the day was very noisy and echoey but was surprisingly quiet overnight. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful (happy to dry out soggy walking boots and other kit). From LDB65 London, United Kingdom. Stayed November 2015, travelled with friends.

4.4 "Nice, comfortable, centrally located"

This hotel is very nice. It is located in the center of Otavalo with easy access to the market etc. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. We had a room on the ground floor with access to the central 'square' with tables outside. The breakfast is very nice - actually one of the best we had in Ecuador. All the personal was really gentle.
