3.4 "Step back in time."

Hotel as described by others,plenty of character,definitely not a chain hotel like . Ibis etc.not that I find anything wrong with them, we often use them. It is an experience to be enjoyed. Front bar has more atmosphere than the courtyard bar/dining area.Our first floor room was tiny,but perfectly good for one night, both shower and aircon worked.Food was good. From Haddaway Chester,England. Stayed December 2015, travelled as a couple.

3.4 "Comfortable Hotel/Many Tour Groups"

Stayed seven nights. Compact room with twin beds of adequate comfort. Room A/C functioned well, TV reception poor for English-speaking channels. Compact bathroom with good hot (caliente) water supply. Room serviced daily. Good breakfast, including eggs cooked to order. Specialty coffee available at bar adjacent to dining patio. Open floor plan between first and second floors allows plenty of sound transmission. Located on Republica (pedestrian mall--no traffic)--short walk to Soledad, Trabajadores, Agramonte. From Gene M Madison, Wisconsin. Stayed November 2015, travelled on business.
