Tucked away on a narrow street in the heart of the old city Casa San Augustin is ideally located. Our room was comfortable and easily reached on the 3rd floor by elevator. The staff was very helpful,friendly and always available. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and recommended very good restaurants. Breakfasts, included in the room rate were very good. The location and hotel were superb and romantic but the people made our vacation! Staff was truly exceptional -- we've traveled to 5 star hotels all over the world and these were some of the most genuine, professional, and wonderful people we've ever met. Our room and flowered balcony was like something out of a movie. Breakfasts with the champagne bar and fresh juice were truly the best start to the day! We had never been to Colombia and were not sure what to expect -- thanks to Casa San Agustin (and their sister hotel in Baru!) we can't wait to come back. 5 stars!.
