We stayed at Sazagua for three days and it was so much better than ever expected. The hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations and the food was incredible every single night! My only word of advice would be that if you signed up for one of the many tours offered thru the hotel, be sure all parties are aware of your schedule and the included activities - we had one mishap during our tour at a coffee plantation and lunch; but other than that, it was a lovely stay!. We booked the top suite and it was worth spending that bit extra to enjoy sitting on a huge wraparound vernadah and relax in such a generous-sized and stylish room. Staff were ever attentive without badgering and the place felt like a small country house weekend retreat. Beautiful artefacts and paintings added the finishing touches. The food was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel but the gardens, pool and spa areas were lovely.
