An excellent resort that has managed to be one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Varadero.

Hotel Blau Varadero is big and stylish, perfect in quality and service. The main building have all is under one roof, so it is not necessary to take long walks to get to your restaurant. This all-inclusive resort has lots of activities and tranquillity as required The beach close, in the bar have all drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at any time of day and night served are. It has crystal clear water and white sand beach that is the complement perfect of this fantastic resort. Have with five international restaurants, one with national cuisine, and a 24-hour snack bar. The entertainment starts from 10 am to be not intrusive in its relaxed agenda. Children have their mini club (from 2 to 12 years of age allowed) with games of recreations.

The resort has a fantastic value for money, booking in advance is advisable.

4.2 "Herded But Overall Quite Good"

Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel in Varadero. Food good, amenities good, cleaning was excellent, service polite and friendly, pool clean, cocktails slightly variable but overall quite good. Fell in love with Black Russians. Wifi is lobby-only, chargeable, variable and you often cannot sign out - so if you buy 5hrs, there is a risk it will all go at once. Buy 1hr at a time. Taxis expensive. If you do the swimming with dolphins, walk, and don't take the tour - it is literally next door and 8mins walk. Also, you MUST take a waterproof camera or waterproof cover, otherwise you photos will be from the viewing stands 150m away. If you have these things you can take the camera in with you and get close-up, if slightly misty, pics. 4.6 "First visit to Cuba"

This was our first visit to Cuba,we wanted to celebrate our Golden wedding which was on the 30th October.We picked this hotel after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed.From arriving at this hotel everything was spot on.The room was fine big and spacious had a sea view which was a bonus,we were on the 5th floor.Had know problems with any noise.Food was very good especially breakfast,The weather was fantastic plenty of sun beds around the pool not having to fight for a space.The beach was fantastic again plenty of sun beds.Went on a couple pf trips again very good,met some lovely people could not wish for a better place to celebrate our Golden Wedding, Cuba is amazing place love you very much.Hope to see you again soon. http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g147275-d590422-r326915015-Blau_Varadero_Hotel_Cuba-Varadero_Matanzas_Province_Cuba.html#
