4.3 "Perfect location. Nice clean, safe hotel."

The location for this hotel is perfect. You have 1 mall next door (with a supermarket), a bigger mall within a 10 minute walk, and plenty of currency exchange places. A taxi ride to Parque Lleras is about $3 and about $5 to the closest metro station. The staff was always friendly and willing to help out with suggestions and directions. There is a 3rd party executive transportation company in the lobby that offers great service. The only reason I'm not giving the hotel a 5 dot rating is the fact that the restaurant service was slow, specially at dinner time. Our group had to wait 1 hour for dinner after the order had been placed. From Jairo G Panama City, Panama. Stayed October 2016, travelled with friends.

4.8 "An Oasis in the middle of the city"

This hotel is in an excellent location attached to a beautiful mall. The staff is great, willing to help you with anything at any time. They speak English which is helpful in a country where most people don't. The rooms are very high end which you wouldn't expect. The location is central to anything you want to do in Medellin and they have a person in house to help you with tours, taxi's, etc. Diego was amazing at check in! The best!.
